If you fall into one of the following groups and have not yet booked an appointment with your surgery please give us a call:

• Aged 65 years and over
• Aged 6 months – 65 years with certain long-term health conditions (diabetic, chronic liver disease, chronic renal disease, chronic respiratory disease, or immunosuppression)
• Are pregnant
• Aged 2 – 3 years on 31^st August 2024
• Live with someone who has a weakened immune system
• Carers in receipt of carer’s allowance, or those who are the main Carer of an elderly or disabled person
• In long-stay residential care homes
