At The Bovey Tracey & Chudleigh Practice, we value your feedback and use it to make improvements to the way we provide care and services.

Here are some of the changes we’ve made in response to what you’ve told us:

You Said

You would like water in the waiting rooms.

Water is now available using Brita filter jugs and recyclable paper cups.

You would like more privacy in clinical rooms.

Privacy curtains will be installed in all clinical rooms in February 2026.

The waiting room can feel too hot or too cold.

Fans and heaters have been added to improve comfort.
